1. Pouring machine :

- place to silicone the items
- capacity of filling sticks of different diameters due to two tanks of 65L, each with a pump from 3 to 20 mL whose speed of filling can be adjusted
- ramp of pre-heating from 50 to 200°C
- two cooling system : one controlled from 15 to 20°C and the other from 2 to –10°C (air cooling)


2. Provided with an ADMV assembling module ( OPTIONAL ):
- enable to supply the basis with thermoforming shells
- enable to supply mechanisms from the pouring machine
- tag bottom of mechanisms

1.Machine de Coulée :
- Stick diamètre de 19 mm
- double piste, poste de siliconnage
- remplissage de sticks et baumes de différents diamètres par deux cuves indépendantes de 65L, chacune équipée de pompe de 3 à 20 mL oléopneumatique à vitesse de dosage réglable
- rampe de préchauffage à air pulsé de 50 à 200°C
- deux zones de refroidissement : une contrôlée de 15 à 20°C et une refroidie de 2 à –10°C (air pulsé)
- postes de recyclage réducteur, de chargement mécanismes auto, de picking, d’alimentation opercules et clipsage et de déchargement automatique

2.En ligne avec un Module d’assemblage ADMV ( FACULTATIF ) :
- permet d’alimenter les bases à partir de coques thermoformées
- permet d’alimenter les mécanismes en godets en provenance de la machine de coulée
- clipser les mécanismes dans les bases
alimenter les capots à partir de coques thermoformées
- clipsage des capots
- étiqueter le fond des mécanismes
